Pretoria Capitals’ Anrich Nortje ruled out of SA20 2024 due to back injury

The franchise has included pacer Hardus Viljoen as Anrich Nortje's replacement for the SA20 2024 season, which is starting on January 10.

Pretorius Capitals suffered a big blow ahead of the start of SA 2024 as star pacer Anrich Nortje has been ruled out of the tournament due to a back injury.

Notably, the 30-year-old pacer has been out of cricketing action since September 2023 after he sustained a back injury during the 5-match ODI series against Australia.

The franchise has included pacer Hardus Viljoen as Anrich Nortje’s replacement for the season.
