The IND vs BAN T20 series is officially won with India leading 2-0 in the three-match series. All that is left is the dead rubber 3rd T20 in Hyderabad. As the series is won, Gautam Gambhir and Suryakumar Yadav could think of shuffling the squad a bit, giving opportunities to the bench warmers. Tilak Verma, Ravi Bishnoi and Harshit Rana haven’t played a match. But they could get the opportunity in India Playing 11 for IND vs BAN 3rd T20I in Hyderabad.
So far, India Cricket Team have stuck to their winning combination and everyone has equally contributed to the series win. Nitish Kumar Reddy, Rinku Singh, Varun Chakaravarthy, and Mayank Yadav have all been exceptional. But before the Emerging Asia Cup and IND vs SA T20 series, it will be a chance to give some gametime to the bench warmers, especially Ravi Bishnoi.
Predicted India Playing 11 for 3rd T20I
1. Abhishek Sharma
2. Sanju Samson (WK)
3. Suryakumar Yadav
4. Nitish Reddy
5. Hardik Pandya
6. Rinku Singh
7. Washington Sundar
8. Varun Chakaravarthy
9. Ravi Bishnoi
10. Harshit Rana

IND vs BAN 3rd T20: Mayank out, Harshit in?
Pacer Mayank Yadav might get a break in IND vs BAN 3rd T20I. He was a part of India Playing 11 in the first two games. Mayank bagged two wickets at an economy rate of 6.37. As he is all but certain to play in the Emerging Asia Cup, Harshit Rana, who has warmed the bench so far, might get the chance to make his much-awaited India debut.
Like Mayank, Harshit Rana too is an IPL performer. Rana bagged 19 wickets in IPL 2024 for Kolkata Knight Riders to impress Gautam Gambhir and selectors. He could make his India debut by replacing either Mayank Yadav or Arshdeep Singh in India Playing 11.

Samson-Abhishek in India Playing 11?
Abhishek Sharma and Sanju Samson will retain their spots as openers, leaving the duo with one more game to prove their mettle. Both the batters have managed to get good starts but have failed to convert it, putting pressure on the middle-order. Samson has managed to score 39 runs in two games while Sharma has 31 runs. The duo will have to get better scores if they want to secure a place in India Playing 11 for the T20Is against South Africa next.
Unchanged explosive middle-order
India’s middle-order is arguably the best department in the team, given the contributions with both bat and ball. Skipper Suryakumar Yadav will look to improve his numbers at the number 3 position. All-rounder Nitish Reddy will aim to replicate his heroics from Delhi where he went all guns blazing along with Rinku Singh.
There is a case to make for Tilak Verma. After replacing the injured Shivam Dube in the India T20I squad, he hasn’t yet played a game. With the series already in the bag, Team India could look at home boy Tilak Verma who could replace Washington Sundar in India Playing 11.
Jitesh Sharma is also warming the bench after an unexpected call-up. There is a possibility that India could get Jitesh in and rest Rinku.
Perfect combo of spin and pace
India’s bowlers have been on top of their game in this series, with both spinners and pacers enjoying the spoils equally. In addition to Varun Chakaravarthy and Washington Sundar, India could give the benched Ravi Bishnoi a chance in the 3rd T20I, which could boost India’s spin power. The former world number 1 could replace Riyan Parag in India Playing 11 as India already enjoy a great depth in batting.
Arshdeep Singh will spearhead the pace attack if Mayank Yadav gets a rest for Harshit Rana. The other option is to rest Arshdeep and play two rookie pacers Harshit and Mayank with Hardik Pandya sharing the new ball.
