He is a medium pacer who can move the ball when there is help available from the conditions. However, having grown up in the T20 era, he has also learned many of those tricks of trade which are essential in modern-day cricket. Check Tom Curran Test Record, ODI Record, T20 Record, IPL Record, IPL salary, News, Career, Age, Delhi Capitals (DC), IPL 2021
Tom Curran’s International Debut: Curran made his debut in 2017 in all three formats. His very first match was a T20I against South Africa. He picked up 3/33 in the match.
Tom Curran’s Test Record: Curran was thrown into the deep end of Test cricket on his debut as he had to bowl on a flat wicket in the Boxing-day Test. Despite not having any help from the pitch and not having pace and bounce, Curran bowled spiritedly. But without further improvements in his bowling, he would struggle to play more Tests.
Tom Curran’s ODI Record: In ODIs, Curran has been able to make more of an impact due to his skiddy style of bowling. Due to the nature of wickets in ODIs today, it’s difficult for a bowler of his kind to succeed but he has managed to keep himself relevant thanks to hard work.
Tom Curran’s T20 Record: The 26-year old medium pacer is part of England’s T20I setup and continues to be an important member of their seam bowling group. He and his brother are both not fast but rely on control and skills to make a mark.
Tom Curran’s IPL Record: The right-arm seamer has played 10 IPL matches but hasn’t been able to make an impact. This season will give him an opportunity to improve his stats and prove his worth.
