Punjab Kings will stick to the same playing XI for the game against a off-colour Sunrisers Hyderabad on Saturday. Shreyas Iyer and co. returned to winning ways after beating CSK in their previous encounter. PBKS will be eyeing an entry into the top three on the points table by taking down SRH.

Wadhera retains spot
PBKS will hope that young opener Arya will carry on his momentum from the previous game. He smashed the second joint-fastest hundred in the game against CSK, helping PBKS snatch the game away from Gaikwad and co.
Nehal Wadhera is expected to retain his spot in the playing XI. This means Suryansh Shedge will continue to stay benched. After all, he’s shown glimpses of his ability to be a destructive finisher for the side.
All eyes will be on the misfiring Maxwell. The Australian is yet to show his prowess with the bat, although he has been successful with the ball. His Australian teammate Stoinis will also have to pull up his socks and deliver with the bat.

Chahal and Maxwell will have a tall task on their hands in dealing with the SRH batters. Both of them haven’t bowled that much in IPL 2025 so far. Meanwhile, the pace attack comprises of Arshdeep, Jansen and Ferguson.
