Chasing a decent target of 282 runs, the IND U19 side did not get off to a good start. They lost two of their wickets for just 28 runs while the third wicket fell right after they crossed the 50-run mark. After a decent partnership of 30+ runs, skipper Mohammad Aman fell after scoring 16 runs but took 43 balls. Nikhil Kumar was the standout performer from the Indian batting as he scored 67 off 77 balls, which included six fours and three maximums.
Apart from him, Kiran Chormale (20 runs), Harvansh Pangalia (26 runs) and Hardik Raj (10 runs) made double-digit contributions for the young Men in Blue squad.
