Pakistan will now travel to New Zealand following their tour of Australia later this year to play five Twenty20 Internationals.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has given more importance to the 20-over format to conduct extra preparations for the upcoming T20 World Cup. The Men in Green are also slated to play extra T20 games to gear up for the marquee event set to be played in West Indies and USA in June 2024. Babar Azam and Co. will now play extra T20Is against New Zealand at home which has resulted in the West Indies series getting pushed back.
