The Men in Green will take on India at the R.Premadasa Stadium, Colombo. The wicket at the venue generally suits the batters. However, the Pakistani pacers will try to take the advantage of the new ball and get some early wickets.

On the other hand, Indian openers gained some form in their last outing against Nepal. Both Rohit and Gill stroked quickfire fifties with the bat as India completed an easy win over the Rhinos. It remains to be seen how the Indian batting line-up will fare against Pakistani pacers in Round 2 of the Asia Cup 2023,
