Pakistan have released pacer Hasan Ali from the squad for the upcoming ENG vs PAK series that is scheduled to begin on May 22. Babar Azam and co. are set to lock horns with England in a four-match T20I series ahead of the T20 World Cup 2024. Hasan Ali was initially included as a replacement for an injured Haris Rauf.

As per Cricket Pakistan, Hasan Ali has been released in order to meet with his commitments to Country cricket. The decision has been made after Pakistan has finalized its squad and has addressed Haris Rauf’s injury concerns.
