Akhtar shared the update on Instagram, stating that Nooreh Ali Akhtar was born during the prayers on March 1, 2024. The couple married in a private ceremony in Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in 2014. Their first son, Mikaeel Ali, was born in 2016, followed by Mujaddid Ali in 2019.
