Pakistan cricket fans furious with New Zealand DJ for disrespecting Azam Khan with Big Show theme song

Azam Khan has not managed to live up to expectations, scoring 22 runs in 3 T20Is.

The DJ’s decision to play WWE legend Big Show’s song to greet Pakistan wicketkeeper-batter Azam Khan into the middle during the 3rd T20I between Pakistan and New Zealand at the University Oval in Dunedin has left fans divided. In the 11th over of Pakistan’s chase, Khan walked out to bat and joined Babar Azam in the middle, when the popular entrance song of the WWE star was heard playing at the venue.

Khan, who was brought back to the T20I squad for the series in New Zealand after Shaheen Afridi took over as captain, has not managed to live up to expectations, scoring 22 runs in 3 T20Is. The wicketkeeper has scored only 29 runs in 8 T20Is so far despite having had a good run in T20 leagues, including the Pakistan Super League.
