Pakistan cricket team has rested pacer Naseem Shah for the PAK vs BAN 2nd Test which is currently underway in Rawalpindi. This means the hosts would head into the contest with an inexperienced bowling line-up. Earlier, Pakistan had dropped their premium pacer Shaheen Afridi for the 2nd Test.
Pakistan’s inexperienced pace line-up for PAK vs BAN 2nd Test
In the absence of Shaheen and Naseem, Pakistan’s pace unit comprises of Khurram Shehzad, Mir Hamza and Mohammad Ali. All three are more or less new to the Test team and will face a tall task against Bangladesh. In an effort to redeem themselves after a historic loss in the 1st Test, Pakistan have named two spinners in the XI, namely Abrar Ahmed and Salman Ali Agha.
