NZ vs AUS: World Test Champions Australia will play their first tests in New Zealand in eight years following a T20 series in February, Cricket Australia (CA) and New Zealand Cricket (NZC) confirmed on Tuesday, July 18.
Tim Southee’s Black Caps will host the first test in Wellington on February 29, with the second and final test in Christchurch on March 8.
Before the Tests, the two sides will face off in a three-match T20I series starting in Wellington on February 21.

The Australians also whitewashed the Black Caps 2-0 on their previous tour of New Zealand in 2016, which also happened to be the last Test series of former Black Caps skipper Brendon McCullum, who broke the record of the fastest Test hundred in his last match.
