The IND vs ENG Test series maybe locked in at 1-1 after England’s 106-run loss in Vizag but Ben Stokes & Co are not thinking much about that. England Cricket Team will take a break from cricket for a week. They will travel to Abu Dhabi and celebrate Valentines’ week instead. While the idea was to have a short camp in Abu Dhabi before returning to India for the IND vs ENG 3rd Test in Rajkot, it won’t be the case.
As per The Telegraph report, some of the England players won’t even carry their cricket gears with them. The break is purely to relax with families, rather than jostling at the traning centres.
“It will be pretty relaxed. There will not be a whole lot of training. The boys have worked incredibly hard in Abu Dhabi. They all came here with a lot of cricket under their belt as well. We have had plenty of training days, two varying Test matches. This is an opportunity to step away from the heat of the battle,” England head coach Brendon McCullum told reporters in Vizag.

BCCI to pay for charter plane
With the IND vs ENG 2nd Test ending in four days, England Cricket Team spent the whole of Tuesday. The team will charter off to Abu Dhabi from Vizag on Wednesday.
And it will be BCCI who will pay for the charter flight England Cricket Team will board on Wednesday.
Ben Stokes & Co will return to India on Feb 12. They will have a two-day practice session in Rajkot before the IND vs ENG 3rd Test.
However, this is not the first time England would have done so. During the Ashes series, England players holidayed in Amsterdam, Majorca and other European holiday destinations.
