South Africa head coach Rob Walter was in for a rude shock after finding out that there was only one attendee for the pre-match press conference. As per ESPNCricinfo, Walter joked about an ’empty hall’ on being asked about the side’s semi-final clash against Afghanistan. The Proteas will take on the underdogs in semi-final 1 of the T20 Wold Cup in Trinidad on Wednesday.

“This is an empty hall, which is a good sign, I think It’s not really about the press but about the occasion, isn’t it,?” Walter joked on seeeing an empty room.
