New Zealand playing XI vs Pakistan – T20 World Cup: After facing two back to back defeats against Australia and England in the warm-up matches New Zealand will be feeling the heat ahead of their first match of the ICC T20 World Cup 2021 against Pakistan on Tuesday here at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Sharjah. Tim Southee has leaked runs at the economy over 10 in the two warm-up games while Lockie Ferguson did not feature in the last game and bowled only three overs in the first warm-up fixture.

All-rounder – James Neesham and Mitchell Santner
New Zealand have one fast bowling all-rounder and one left-arm spinner in the name of James Neesham and Mitchell Santner. Both the all-rounders bowling would be crucial for New Zealand on the pitch of Sharjah. Santner is coming into this match after taking three wickets against Australia in the last warm-up match.

The spin attack will be led by Ish Sodhi who picked three wickets against England in the warm-up game.
