Netizens can’t keep calm as MS Dhoni departs for a golden duck, Harshal sends stump cartwheeling

Punjab Kings pacer Harshal Patel deceived Chennai Super Kings' former skipper MS Dhoni and handed him his first golden duck in IPL 2024. With this dismissal, cricket viewers are losing their calm on social media.

Oh my god! What happened? MS Dhoni came from the pavilion and went back in no time. That was the reaction of everyone who came only to see MSD bat as the Chennai Super Kings are playing against the Punjab Kings at HPCA Stadium in Dharamasala. PBKS bowlers dominated the whole 20 overs and restricted CSK to 167 runs. Since MS Dhoni’s batting is something that everyone wants to see, so are his helicopter shots and his long-distance sixes. But it looks like this time he failed to impress his fans and all the cricket viewers.

MSD came to bat when Harshal Patel was ruling the ground with his slower ones. He deceived Shardul Thakur first, and the very next ball he cleared MS Dhoni and handed him his first golden duck of IPL 2024. Since there were a lot of expectations from MSD and he failed to deliver this time, netizens still can’t believe it and are losing their calm. Let’s have a look at all the X reactions, which is enough to give you a hint of how much they love MS and how one failure can make them sad.

CSK in trouble!

Chennai Super Kings need to come back, as the team has been facing issues making their mark in their last few matches. As a result, they have lost five matches out of 10 and are currently seated at No. 5. If CSK wants to secure a spot in the top 4 at the end of the IPL league stage, they should target the next four games and try to win at least three so that they can find themselves in the IPL playoffs in 2024.
