Netherlands continues to be a thorn for South Africa. The Proteas were off to a strong start in the ongoing ICC World Cup 2023 but soon met the Dutch side which comfortably defeated them by 38 runs to script a massive upset. Not for the first time, a similar incident took place last year in the T20 World Cup. What is more interesting is that the Dutch side has brought crucial notes
After a solid display with the bat, the Dutch side were equally good with the bowling. What is more interesting is the players referring to a chart that probably consists of stats and other crucial data regarding the opponent side. It is something that is common in football when the goalies look for stats before facing a penalty, but such scenes are pretty rare in cricket.
The Orange side was spotted with secret notes which surely did prove handy in helping Netherlands script a memorable win. The Dutch side replicated a similar win that they did last year in the T20 World Cup.
