Speaking to Fox Cricket, Nathan Lyon admitted that India had the upper hand against Australia over the last decade. He backed the Australian team to come out on top against a “world-class” India. However, the spinner said that India knew how to prepare well for the series, adding that the IND vs AUS Test series was going to be a cracker of a contest.

It’s been a long ten years since Australia’s held the trophy. There’s only a few of us that would probably be in the squad that’s actually held the trophy, so it’s time to bring it home,” Lyon said.
