‘Mumbai ya Trinidad’ Rohit Sharma sums up Port of Spain weather perfectly

Rohit Sharma, who hails from Mumbai is sued to seeing heavy rains in the financial capital of India and not Trinidad

Rohit Sharma: IND vs WI – Rain had final say on day five of India vs West Indies’ second Test match as the match was drawn without a ball being bowled. While India could not win the Test series 2-0, Rohit Sharma saw the bright side of things and took to Twitter to post a cheeky Tweet. The India skipper posted a picture of rain along with Ishan Kishan, Ajinkya Rahane, Mukesh Kumar, and Virat Kohli and captioned the post, “Mumbai ya Trinidad.’

Rohit, who hails from Mumbai is used to seeing heavy rains in the financial Capital of India, and not so much in Trinidad. Heading into the fifth day, the visitors needed to take eight wickets to whitewash Windies 2-0 and maintain the top position on the World Test Championship (WTC) points table.
