Former India coach Paras Mhambrey has been named the new bowling coach of Mumbai Indians ahead of IPL 2025. As per Times of India, the ex-India bowling coach will join Lasith Malinga and TA Sekhar in the new role for the five-time champions. The report stated that while Mhambrey’s joining has not yet been made official, he is understood to have been ‘on board’ with the team.

Paras Mhambrey, who was a part of Rahul Dravid’s support staff for Team India, has been associated with Mumbai Indians since 2008. He makes his return to the franchise after finishing multiple national and international stints in coaching. Mhambrey’s addition will boost the confidence of MI bowlers who are already being coached by Malinga and Sekhar.
