MUL beat PES, PSL 2021 Final: Multan Sultans defeats Peshawar Zalmi to win maiden Pakistan Super League title- A dominating batting performance coupled with a sensational bowling display has helped Mohd Rizwan-led Multan Sultans emerge victorious on the night of Pakistan Super League (PSL 2021) Final. Imran Tahir was the leading wicket-taker with 4 wickets while Imran Khan and Blessing Muzarbani took a couple of wickets each. Shoaib Malik top-scored with 48 runs while Kamran Akmal contributed 36 runs at the top. The remaining batsmen failed to play a match-winning knock for Peshawar Zalmi and ended as runners-up.

Earlier, A clinical batting performance from Multan Sultans has put them on top of Peshawar Zalmi in the PSL 2021 final. Sohaib Maqsood was the top scorer with unbeaten 65 runs. Rilee Rossouw also smashed a half-century while Shan Masood (37) and Mohammad Rizwan (30) provided a top start to the Multan Sultans in their bid to maiden PSL glory.
