While IPL 2024 is over for Chennai Super Kings, it remains to be seen if MS Dhoni continues or not. However, as per reports, Dhoni might be on his way to London to treat his muscle tear injury. Following which Dhoni would take a decision whether to continue playing cricket in IPL.
Towards the middle of IPL 2024, former Chennai Super Kings skipper MS Dhoni continued to struggle with injury. He was later revealed that he had sustained a muscle tear. After winning IPL 2023, Dhoni under the knife on his troublesome knee.
“Dhoni might head to London for his muscle tear surgery which saw him struggling during the IPL. He is not fully fit but wants to continue to play cricket and he will only decide about his future after treatment which will take him five to six months to recover,” sources told IANS.
Dhoni to go under the knife again?
As per reports, MS Dhoni hasn’t made a decision on his future. He is most likely to travel to London to treat his muscle tear injury. Reports further claim that he might undergo the surgery there. And once that is done, only then will be assess his situation and take a call about his future.
