Former Indian captain MS Dhoni has taken a legal route case against his ex-business partners, accusing them of fraud amounting to over Rs 15 Crore. The World Cup-winning skipper filed a legal complaint in a Ranchi court against Mihir Diwakar and Soumya Vishwash of Aarka Sports and Management Limited.
Dhoni’s complaint alleges that in 2017, Diwakar entered into an agreement with him to establish a cricket academy. However, Diwakar failed to adhere to the specified conditions of the agreement, which included obligations for Aarka Sports to pay a franchise fee and share profits.
