MS Dhoni show: Watch ex-CSK skipper in destructive form at the nets ahead of crucial tie vs KKR

CSK on Monday posted a clip of MSD batting at the nets. In the video, Dhoni is seen smashing bowlers all around the park as former CSK batter Suresh Raina looks on.

Prepare for the MS Dhoni storm at the Chepauk Stadium on Monday! The CSK vs KKR match will be a cracker of a game, with players from both sides gearing up for the epic tie. If MS Dhoni’s batting practice at the nets before the tie is anything to go by, there’s a good chance that numerous balls will land on the stands.

In a video released by Chennai Super Kings on X (previously Twitter), Dhoni is seen hitting some big shots all over the ground at the Chepauk Stadium. The social media team of CSK clubbed those shots with some iconic commentaries. Former CSK player Suresh Raina can also be seen in the video watching with awe as ‘Mahi’ goes on rampage.

MS Dhoni and co will have their task cut out when they face unbeaten Kolkata Knight Riders at their home ground. CSK have lost their last two matches and will be desperately looking to get back to winning ways.

KKR on the other hand look to extend their winning run to four matches. A win over CSK would ensure Shreyas Iyer’s team return to the top of the table, courtesy of a better run rate than Rajasthan Royals. Can Dhoni and co. provide a jolt to KKR’s momentum? Or will Sunil Narine keep up his good form? Whatever happens, the match promises to be a treat for cricket lovers.
