Most IPL titles: Ambati Rayudu finished his career on a high as Chennai Super Kings lifted their record-equaling 5th IPL title in the wee hours of Tuesday. Rayudu, who announced his retirement, played a stunning cameo to help CSK lift yet another title in front of a packed Narendra Modi Stadium. The veteran now has 6 IPL titles to his name, the joint most by a player in IPL history. MS Dhoni meanwhile got his 5th title to join a five-star club. Ambati Rayudu has now lifted his 6th IPL title on Monday, joining Rohit Sharma at the top of the list. Rayudu has been a constant in the IPL over the years. The veteran won 3 IPL titles with Mumbai Indians, before adding 3 more with CSK. Rohit meanwhile has 5 titles with Mumbai Indians and one with Deccan Chargers in 2009.

Four players are tied for five IPL titles. MS Dhoni joined the club on Monday night with his 5th title win with CSK. Thala has featured in 11 IPL finals, winning five of those. Dhoni however has the most number of final appearances in IPL history.

Mumbai Indians trio Jasprit Bumrah, Kieron Pollard and Aditya Tare have won five titles each with the Mumbai Indians. MI won five trophies in 8 seasons from 2013 to 2020, with Bumrah and Pollard playing a major part in their success.

Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh and Lasith Malinga have four titles to their name. Malinga and Raina won all four of their titles with Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings respectively. Harbhajan meanwhile lifted three titles with MI, before adding another to his kitty with Chennai Super Kings in 2018.
