India’s pacer Mohammed Shami played his first World Cup match on Sunday against New Zealand. Shami made an immediate impact with the ball as he stuck in his very first ball of the spell to dismiss Will Young. After scalping the wicket, the right-arm pacer surpassed legendary Anil Kumble to become the third-highest wicket-taker in the ODI World Cup for India.
