With the Asia Cup 2023 starting in just 10 days, Bangladeshi cricketer Mohammad Naim has taken his training for the multi-nation tournament to another level. Naim, who is a left-handed opening batter, uploaded a video on his social media account where he can be seen walking on fire to improve his mental toughness. Naim credited Sabit Rayhan, who can be seen guiding him in this peculiar form of ‘mind-training’ in the video. The left-hander also thanked his Bangladeshi teammates, Taskin Ahmed and Nurul Hasan Sohan in the post.

Rayham helps people with mind training and was part of the Rangpur Riders in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) last season.
Naim has a poor record in international cricket. The 23-year-old made his ODI debut in March earlier this year and has just played four matches so far.
Despite making just 10 runs in three innings, the southpaw has been selected as the number-one choice opener for the Asia Cup 2023.
Bangladesh will open their Asia Cup 2023 campaign against Sri Lanka on August 31 in Kandy.
