Surrounded by family and close friends, the couple took wedding vows in Southwest Australia. Marsh and Greta’s wedding photos flooded social media, and the couple looked gorgeous. Marsh cleaned up well in a black tuxedo and white shirt, while Grata was glowing in a traditional white gown adorned with white flowers and beads. For the unversed, the Australia all-rounder did not feature in the Capitals’ last match against the Royals due to his impending marriage. DC bowling coach James Hopes confirmed that the all-rounder will miss three games for the Capitals in the IPL 2023 season. Rovman Powell replaced Marsh in the playing XI against DC and is set to play the remaining games in Australia all-rounder’s absence.

The Capitals have played three games and have lost all the matches by a convincing margins. Batting has been a major letdown in these losses, with none of the batters barring skipper David Warner able to post substantial scores. Warner is also not scoring runs at a huge strike rate, which has put pressure on the middle-order batters. Worst, Rilee Rossouw has failed to get going in three games.
With Marsh unavailable for a few games, DC would be banking on Rovman Powell to come good. The big-hitting West Indian all-rounder missed out on scoring runs in the first game of the IPL 2023 season against RR. Powell though would be aiming to score big against MI in the Capitals next game, and help DC register their first win of IPL 2023 season.
