The two are going to run into one another quite a lot in the next 10 days or so with Manjrekar being one of the official Asia Cup commentators.
What was the old wounds?
The two players were involved in a war of words in the past. It was Manjrekar, who called Jadeja a bits and pieces player. These words of the commentator during the 2019 World Cup did not go well with Jadeja.
Jadeja then took to social media. He took a dig at Manjrekar, asking him to respect players, who has achieved much more. However, the recent post-match interview suggest that two have patched up.

What was Ravindra Jadeja’s contribution in the India vs Pakistan match?
In a match, where India beat Pakistan by five wickets, Jadeja did not play a huge role with the ball. But he delivered with the bat. Promoted as a number five batter, even ahead of Hardik Pandya, the southpaw scored 35 runs from 29 balls. It was in the middle overs, when he took on spinners, laying the foundation for a win.
Though Jadeja lost his wicket while playing the glory shot, Pandya finished off the match with a six to bring smiles on India players faces.
