Major League Cricket: Anrich Nortje to play DC Freedom, Aaron Finch to lead San Francisco Unicorns

After turning out Delhi Capitals and Pretoria Capitals in IPL and SA20 League, the South African pacer will be playing for DC Freedom in MLC T20 League. Like with IPL and SA20, the Capitals have struck to the template and have not gone for big-ticket players. Meanwhile, Aaron Finch too found a buyer as San Francisco Unicorns have brought the Australian.

Finch will also be leading the side, which sees a host of superstars like Stoinis, Plunkett, and Corey Anderson among the mix. Six teams will be participating in the inaugural edition of MLC. Four IPL teams MI, DC, KKR, and CSK have invested in MLC, while the remaining two teams in Major League Cricket are based out of Washington and San Francisco. Both franchises have signed partnerships with Australian state sides.
