Pant’s sit down pep talk with LSG teammates
In an video uploaded by LSG on social media platform X, Pant explained that the experience of the seniors in the side was a major plus for the team.
“I feel there is a lot of experience in the group. I think management has a lot of experience, we have a lot of senior players. Keep sharing your experience with the younger guys and let that experience flow into the younger group,” Pant told his LSG teammates.
“We want to create a place where people can come and express themselves. It’s easier to say than to do it becuase it requires a lot of effort from each & every individual. It’s not just the management. I think it’s because of the players. They can create that environment. What I’ve always felt is that if you back your players and give them enough trust, they can perform at any level,” Pant added.
