LSG vs MI Head-To-Head: The past records in numbers
The strength of both LSG and MI lie in their top-order. The rivalry between Lucknow Super Giants and Mumbai Indians is very young as they have played just two matches against each other. Both matches were played during IPL 2022. Mumbai is yet to win a match against Lucknow in IPL as LSG sealed both of them.
In first match, Lucknow batted first and registered a total of 199 with the help of a ton from skipper KL Rahul who scored 103* runs off 60 balls. Mumbai managed to score just 181 runs in their 20 overs and felt short by 18 runs. There were good cameos from Suryakumar Yadav, Dewald Brevis, and Tilak Varma. KL Rahul has a brilliant record against MI as he scored a ton in the second match too. He amashed 103* again, this time in 62 balls and helped LSG win the game by 36 runs.
