KKR vs RR: Probable impact players for today’s IPL match

Check out the list of probable impact players for today's IPL match between KKR vs RR to be played at the Eden Gardens.

KKR vs RR: Kolkata Knight Riders will take on the Rajasthan Royals in today’s IPL match to be played at the iconic Eden Gardens in Kolkata. While RR is placed top of the points table, KKR are just behind them on the second spot. Both sides have some destructive batters in their line-up and it is expected to be another cracking contest. On that note, let us take a look at the probable impact players for today’s IPL match.

Impact player for today’s IPL match

Varun Chakravarthy/Rinku Singh

Previously in IPL 2024, KKR have introduced Varun Chakravarthy as their impact player. If KKR bowls first, then Chakravarthy might be added in the playing XI. On the other hand, if KKR bats first then Rinku Singh might be subbed out of the match in the second innings to adjust Chakravarthy in the bowling line-up.

Nandre Burger/Rovman Powell

RR pacer Nandre Burger missed out in the previous matches of RR. However, the pacer is expected to be included in playing XI if Rajasthan bowls first against KKR. If RR is batting in the first innings then Sanju Samson and Co. might be tempted to include Rovman Powell in their XI and go with an Indian bowling option during the second innings of the match.
