KKR beat RCB “Andre is working really hard on his fitness along with our physio and medical team. He is having a grade 2 hamstring tear and it has only been a couple of weeks since then. We only have 48 runs before the next game. So we will have to take that decision based on how he will present himself tomorrow and next day,” Eoin Morgan said in the post-match press conference.
Sunil Narine was the star of the day for KKR as he picked 4 wickets-haul which includes the wickets of RCB’s big three i.e. Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers and Glenn Maxwell. He also went on to score crucial 26 runs with the bat.

KKR beat RCB While praising Sunil Narine’s match-winning performance KKR captain said, “Narine makes it look very very easy. On an improved wicket in Sharjah, he bowled outstandingly. Throughout the innings, we continued to take wickets, post the first six overs. Then in the chase, being in control the whole time doesn’t allow you to breathe as a defending side. Don’t have to do a lot of moving. Huge privilege. When it comes off like that it looks quite strong and deep. The way the wicket played we thought we have to bat quite deep. Onwards and upwards for us. For us it’s a matter of coming back, adjusting and seeing what the wicket does. Looking forward to it. The cricket that we have played and the consistency we have shown has surprised everybody. He’s a true legend of T20 cricket and we’re delighted to have him.”
