Jake Fraser-McGurk has been outstanding in the T20 format, representing teams like the Melbourne Renegades, Delhi Capitals, and San Francisco Unicorns in 2024. He scored 291 runs in 14 innings with a phenomenal strike rate of 191.4. Talking about his last IPL season with the Delhi Capitals, McGurk played seven matches, scoring 210 runs at a staggering strike rate of 238.6, including two half-centuries, 25 fours, and 16 sixes. Delhi Capitals have retained him, showing tremendous faith in his potential.

Faf du Plessis, another excellent opener, joined the Delhi Capitals this year after moving from Royal Challengers Bangalore.
