The South African bowling unit was right on money in the IND vs SA 1st Test to ensure India’s dreams of winning their maiden Test series in South Africa remains a dream. The Proteas pace attack led by Kagiso Rabada bulldozed through the Indian batting line-up in the 1st Test, ensuring South Africa go in to the Cape Town Test with an advantage in the series.

Nandre Burger looked an elite fast bowler in the match. Playing his first Test, the quick bowler maintained perfect length and line as Indian batters struggled to keep up with his rising deliveries.
