After a string of poor performances, 13-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi bounced back to form in the game against UAE in U19 Asia Cup. The youngster failed to fire against Pakistan and Japan in India’s previous encounters, failing expectations just days after he bagged his IPL contract. Vaibhav is the youngest player to participate in the IPL after being picked up by Rajasthan Royals (RR) in IPL 2025 auction.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi stayed unbeaten till the end of India’s run chase, guiding the side to a domination 10-wicket win with a 76-run knock. His knock was studded with four boundaries and six 6s. He was picked up by RR for Rs 1.10 crore in IPL 2025 auction. He got a significant hike in terms of the base price of Rs 30 lakhs that he registered in the auction for.
