Rajasthan Royals head coach Rahul Dravid is all set to rope in his Team India support staff for coaching roles in IPL 2025. As per Cricbuzz, Rahul’s staff while he was the head coach of the Indian cricket team – Vikram Rathour and Paras Mhambrey – are set to become a part of the RR franchise. The development comes weeks after Dravid returned to RR as the new head coach ahead of IPL 2025.

As per Cricbuzz, Vikram Rathour – who was India’s batting coach during Dravid’s stint as coach – is all set to replace Trevor Penney and join ‘The Wall’ in the coaching setup for RR. Similarly, ex-India bowling coach Paras Mhambrey is expected to join a franchise. However, the report states that nothing has been finalized yet.

Rahul Dravid returns to RR
Dravid was last associated with RR in 2014 and 2015, playing the role of a mentor. He took over as the side’s captain in IPL 2012, taking over the responsibility from, Shane Warne. While his first season as captain ended with a 7th place finish for RR, he managed to lead the side into the playoffs in 2014.
