Pat Cummins became the second most expensive player in the Indian Premier League (IPL) Auction 2024 when Sunrisers Hyderabad fetched him at Rs 20.50 crore. The deal to buy the Australian pacer at such a high price started the speculation that SRH might be looking for a leadership change. SRH might think of giving the role of captaincy to Pat Cummins.
