But it was his incredible ‘shooting’ celebration that was the ‘shot’ of the day. The star Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) batter always wears his heart on the sleeve, irrespective of the situation.
Kohli to Rossouw: Sniper who?
On a three-day winning streak, RCB still has a shot to make the IPL 2024 Playoffs. So, naturally, Kohli was pumped up when his side was looking to defend the 242-run target against the Punjab Kings. But the game was quickly slipping away from them. Rilee Rossouw was in full flow and had scored fifty in just 21 balls.
After getting to the milestone, Rossouw pulled out a sniper celebration. Kohli wasn’t too pleased with it. So when the South African southpaw departed in the very next over, it was Virat Kohli who had the last laugh.
