Gujarat Titans on Friday kicked off their preparation for IPL 2024 with their first practice session at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Gujarat. The Titans, who will be led by Shubman Gill, will be eyeing their second IPL trophy after reaching the finals for two consecutive years since their inception in the IPL.
Led by Hardik Pandya, they emerged as champions in the 2022 edition before losing to Chennai Super Kings in the final of 2023.
The Titans, led by a new captain, will be looking to make it three out of three and they started their practice keeping that in mind.
Although many of the overseas and Indian players were missing in action owing to their international commitments, the likes of Rahul Tewatia, Karthik Tyagi and Abhinav Manohar were seen sweating it out under the watchful eyes of head coach Ashish Nehra.
