IPL 2024 saw quite a few instances where the fans breached the security cover, invaded the pitch, just to get a close glimpse of their favorite stars. Who can forget, when one such fan, who went on to meet Virat Kohli, was later thrashed by the security personnel. But despite such strictness, crazy fans opted to take the foolish route, to meet their favorite stars.
It happened a couple of times with legendary MS Dhoni as well. On one occasion, the fan ran on to the field and touched his feet upon meeting him, during the CSK vs GT match. But now, the crazy fan is in the news, albeit for a positive reason. The fan went on to reveal that Dhoni told him, that he would handle the security team.
Not just that, he went on to ask the fan, as to why he had uneven breath. That was when the latter revealed about his nose condition. Upon knowing his condition, Dhoni promised that he would take care of the expenses for his treatment.

“When I saw him, I tried to surrender. I raised my hand in delight and chased him. Mahi bhai said ‘I am trying to have fun here’,” the fan said during his interview with Focused Indian.
“I went mad. I touched his feet. He is a legend, I had tears in my eyes. He asked me why I was breathing heavily. I had jumped the fence, ran onto the pitch and I was breathing heavily. I told him about a problem with my nose. He said: ‘I will take care of your surgery. Don’t worry. I will not let anything happen to you’,” he added.
