The Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have unveiled their new jersey for the upcoming IPL 2024 season. With the dream duo of Shreyas Iyer and Gautam Gambhir joining forces, the franchise launched the jersey at a special event, Knights Unplugged, held in Kolkata. With the whole squad donning the new jersey, KKR CEO Venky Mysore officially revealed their match-play jersey.

After a hit-and-miss 2023 season, KKR will be looking to get back to their winning ways. With skipper Shreyas Iyer returning and their former 2-time title-winning leader, Gautam Gambhir, making a comeback to the franchise as a mentor, the franchise will look to change their fortune and end their 10-year title drought.
Apart from the star duo of Iyer and Gambhir, the signing of Mitchell Starc, Phil Salt, and Angkrish Raghuvanshi can also work wonders for them. Their record signing of Starc can backfire, similar to their costly 2020 pick, Pat Cummins. However, unlike Cummins, the left-arm pacer has a distinguished T20 record. Meanwhile, Salt and Angkrish impressed in their first practice match yesterday.
