Probable Impact Players for Punjab Kings
Jitesh Sharma- The reason Jitesh Sharma gained attention was because of his bright future as a finisher. He has good ball striking ability and bats down the order. Since Jonny Bairstow and Prabhsimran Singh are both expected to play as wicketkeepers, Jitesh Sharma, a wicketkeeper batter who is unable to make an impact with the ball, can be used as an impact substitute. Harpreet Brar- This season, PBKS may also utilize the left-arm spinner as an impact player. The only impact Harpreet Brar can make is with the ball in hand because he is not a very good batter. Prabhsimran Singh- Another possibility for PBKS to participate in the IPL as an impact player is Prabhsimran Singh. Prabhsimran Singh finished the 2023 season as the second-highest scorer for the Punjab Kings with 358 runs in 14 innings, including a fantastic century against the Delhi Capitals with 103 runs off 65 deliveries. As he opens the innings and keeps wickets, PBKS can add another bowler to the lineup by using him as an impact player.
