Mumbai Indians – 8/10 : The most successful team in the history of IPL have a few issues to handle as per their playing XI is concerned. The tournament is yet to commence, but MI already have gone through two shockers. The leader of the MI bowling attack, Jasprit Bumrah is struggling with injuries and will not be available for the forthcoming season. Alongside Bumrah, another pacer Australia’s Jhye Richardson will also miss the tournament due to fitness issues. They have a good batting lineup, but they lack strength in their lower order.

Chennai Super Kings – 9/10: The four-time champions Chennai Super Kings have assembled an incredible squad ahead of IPL 2023. The MS Dhoni-led team will start the season as favorites to win the title. They added one of the greatest all-rounder of the current generation Ben Stokes to their squad. Alongside Stokes, Ravindra Jadeja and Moeen Ali are the other two players who are capable of winning games both with the bat and the ball. Their biggest positive is the depth in their batting order.
