Earlier, Chahar shared a hilarious video on his Instagram handle where he could be seen interacting with a monkey who was visiting his room in Rishikesh. The CSK all-rounder offered the monkey an apple but instead, the creature ran away with a couple of bananas from his room. He captioned the video, “I was trying to be friends with this guy but he robbed me, this is what happens with us all the time.”

Meanwhile, Chahar is expected to make a return in IPL this year. The right-arm pacer sustained an injury and was ruled out of the IPL 2022. The Yellow Army desperately missed its prime bowler as they finished second last on the points table. However, Chahar is now fit and is expected to resume his new ball bowling duties for the Yellow Army in the upcoming edition.
Speaking about his numbers in IPL, the 30-year-old has played 63 matches and has scalped 59 wickets. Chahar is quite economical as well bowling at an economy of 7.8 with two four-wicket hauls to his name. With the bat, he has amassed 79 runs with 39 being his highest score.
