IPL 2023: Virat Kohli Sunil Chhetri – Indian football legend Sunil Chhetri visited the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) team at Chinnaswamy Stadium ahead of their first game against Mumbai Indians. Chhetri bonded with Virat Kohli and also had a training session with RCB players. As usual, the legendary football player grabbed eyeballs due to his electric fielding and agility. IPL 2023: ‘I am a Bangalore Boy’ It’s my City, so will support Bangalore’ Chettri’s support for RCB melts the internet

When quizzed on why he is supporting RCB, the Indian footballer player replied “I am a Bangalore boy right, also I have a very good equation with Virat Kohli, it’s my city, our team so always been supporting RCB for the longest time.” Chhetri’s support for RCB melted the internet. It is no secret that Chettri shares a very special equation with Kohli. The two have immense respect for each other and have always had each other’s backs during tough and good times.

With RCB yet to win a trophy in 15 years for IPL, Chettri wished Faf du Plessis & Co all the best and asked them to bring the Trophy to Bangalore. Meanwhile, the craze of the RCB fans can be seen in the long queues that form outside the ticket counters at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Fans wait for hours on end, braving the heat and the crowds to get their hands on the coveted match tickets.

The Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Mumbai Indians (MI) match is one of the most anticipated games of the season. Fans are leaving no stone untoward  to secure their seats. It is not uncommon for fans to arrive at the stadium gates as early as 3 or 4 in the morning, even though the ticket counters only open at 10 am. They come equipped with snacks, water bottles, and other essentials to keep them going through the long wait.
