This year, Viacom 18 has acquired the rights to live stream IPL 2023 season in India by paying INR 20,500 crore to the BCCI.

Where and how to watch IPL 2023
Viacom 18 has acquired the digital rights for this season instead of Disney Star but Disney Star have retained the broadcasting rights. Broadcasting will be available in 12 different languages on the Star Sports Network.
Jio Cinema has announced that they will live stream all the matches for free in 4K resolution and would provide viewers with multiple camera angles to chose from. Viewers can also access unique features such as score map and pitch heat map.
Viewers can watch the matches live in 12 languages including English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, and Bhojpuri across all telecom operators without an OTT subscription. Jio Cinema will also offer a multicam feature for free this season.
Jio launches new plans for this cricket season
Reliance Jio has launched 3 new prepaid plans priced at Rs 219, Rs 399, and Rs 999. These plans offer 3GB daily data, unlimited calling, SMS, and 5G benefits.
- Rs 219 plan is valid for 14 days and includes a free 2GB data-add-on voucher.
- Rs 399 plan is valid for 28 days and includes a free 6GB data add-on voucher.
- Rs 999 plan is valid for 84 days and includes a free 40GB data add-on voucher for a limited time.
Jio has also introduced new data add-on packs for this cricket season, priced at Rs 222, Rs 444, and Rs 667, so that viewers can stream the matches online.
- The Rs 222 plan offers 50GB of data valid till the active plan.
- The Rs 444 plan offers 100GB of data for 60 days.
- The Rs 667 plan offers 150GB of data for 90 days.
