CSK, often regarded as the most consistent team in IPL history, will be playing in their record-breaking 10th final. Led by MS Dhoni, the Super Kings boast a wealth of experience in high-pressure situations. Their opening pair of Devon Conway and Ruturaj Gaikwad has been a revelation this season, consistently providing solid starts. Meanwhile, the middle order has been bolstered by the impressive performances of Shivam Dube and Ajinkya Rahane.

Although Ambati Rayudu has struggled for form, the Super Kings possess depth in their batting lineup with the likes of Ravindra Jadeja, Moeen Ali, and the ever-reliable MS Dhoni. The team’s bowling attack, spearheaded by Tushar Deshpande and Deepak Chahar, has been effective in getting crucial breakthroughs. The spin duo of Ravindra Jadeja and Maheesh Theekshana adds further strength to CSK’s arsenal.

However, it is the young talent of Matheesha Pathirana who could hold the key to CSK’s success, particularly in the death overs.

Meanwhile, the Gujarat Titans have shown that they have all the qualities of becoming a consistent side in the years to come. Continuing their stellar form, they secured the top position in the group stages this season and are now just one win away from 2nd consecutive title.

Despite a setback in Qualifier 1, the Titans bounced back strongly in Qualifier 2, defeating Mumbai Indians by 62 runs.

The Gujarat Titans will heavily rely on Gill to deliver another scintillating performance in the final. With the likes of Hardik Pandya, Sai Sudharsan, and Vijay Shankar in their middle order, the Titans possess a formidable batting lineup.

Rahul Tewatia and Rashid Khan provide further depth to the batting lineup. The Titans’ bowling unit, undoubtedly one of the best in the tournament, boasts top wicket-takers such as Mohammed Shami, Rashid Khan, and Mohit Sharma. Their ability to create pressure in the middle overs will pose a significant challenge for the CSK batters.

The Gujarat Titans will be favourites, considering they are playing at their home ground. But the CSK fans and other cricket fans will be hoping to see MS Dhoni lifting the IPL trophy for 5th and potentially the final time as captain.
