IPL 2022- RCB Retentions: Meanwhile, Virat Kohli has confirmed that he will stay with RCB till the end of his game. Yuzvendra Chahal and Devdutt Padikkal seem to be among the front-runners to be retained for IPL 2022 season. The duo had an exceptional season with 18 wickets and 400+ runs respectively. Both Chahal and Padikkal have been consistent for the last couple of seasons.
However, RCB will miss the services of AB de Villiers who called an end to his cricket career across all formats. In his absence, Glenn Maxwell has been touted as a replacement after a sensational 500+ runs last season for the franchise.
